Luis John Collier & Marc Gagarin: According to Mr. Sorto, an exterior paint job is only as good as the preparation work, and we can attest to his craftsman-like skills. He dug out all of the old caulking, re- glazed the windows, and painstakingly removed all of the old paint with a heat gun ( which is slower than a torch, but doesn't scorch or burn) down to the raw wood. We feel our house, after years of bad paint jobs and layers of caked-on paint, has not only been painted, but restored, and at a very reasonable price. |
